The word "biryani" is derived from the Persian language, which was used as an official language in different parts of medieval India, by the various Turkic and Mughal ruling dynasties of Central Asian origin. Seekh kebab is made from minced lamb meat (mutton meat / bakra meat). The ground spiced goat meat is minced and molded onto the skewers and cooked over tandoor or on hot tawa. You can also deep fry these kebab�s but remember Lamb (Mutton) already contains tons of Fats and frying it will make it more Fatty. kebab was invented by Middle Eastern people, here minced marinated meat is roasted on skewers on high temperature then served with Roti or Pitta Bread. Mutton Sheekh kebab is also made in similar way.
