Client Information: The client specializes in providing non-profit organizations with consultation, management support, and training. Requirements: Internal Software Product Training Courses (simulation base eLearning courses for users to explore features in the virtual environment). The software contains numerous features that must be divided into multiple batches/modules. Our Suggestion: We proposed the Watch, Try, and Do method for creating simulations with the Adobe Captivate authoring tool. Here is the development process we used. We began by exploring the software with a demo account and manuals. All of the features were divided into 35 modules. The screens were then captured using Adobe Captivate, and Watch-Try-Do functionality was developed for each module.
